Day 1- Hampstead Heath

Enas and Ballu did a report from today, and we'll put it on here as soon as we can. But this is for the families. Today was a really good day. A good meeting in the morning, everyone got to know each other - and we also saw the teeshirts that had been designed between Camden and Abu Dis.

Then a ride in the bus up to Camden Lock - a very brief visit to just to see that famous place. I wonder what a first view of London is for people from Palestine. Crazy?

The we went for a picnic to Hampstead Heath. It was beautiful weather and the Heath was full of people, but we had a good time - lots of football and climbing trees and talking and games... Later we had a meal and a review of today... And then back to the places people are staying... Everyone happy but really quite tired.

[From me to all the great people who are helping with everything - THANK YOU VERY MUCH. It is all going very well so far, thanks to you all - Nandita]
